Experience the start of an amazing 2024 season with our team and management who recently underwent two days of hospitality training using VisitBritain’s ‘Welcome to Excellence’ programme. Led by our dedicated trainer, the team participated in the Delivering Service Excellence and Lead, Motivate and Succeed training sessions, gaining valuable insights and skills to enhance their service. The training was not only informative but also enjoyable, as Holly, Carole, and Lisa provided an excellent lunch for everyone. We are grateful for the commitment and enthusiasm shown by our team, and we can’t wait to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests this season.
