The ACSI Awards are particularly special because they are decided by campsite visitors themselves. Campers from across Europe vote for their favourite campsites, making this wonderful recognition a real reflection of our guests’ experiences.

Collecting Our ACSI Award in the Netherlands
We were fortunate enough to travel to the ACSI headquarters in the Netherlands to collect the award in person.
While there, it was lovely to meet our ACSI campsite inspectors, Annemarie and Marten. We look forward to welcoming them back to Castlerigg Hall and the English Lake District later in the year.
