Friday 8th March 2024.
On a bitterly cold day, with the east wind blowing, our team undertook the annual fire safety training day. The day was spent looking at fire risks, preventative measures, fire action and assessments under the guidance of Darren from Beacon Fire. The theory training was held in Castlerigg Gallery and then later in the day a practical demonstration of fire extinguisher usage was conducted.
