April 2024: installation of on site defibrillator

Work began in March to repurpose the old telephone box which we purchased many years ago from an architectural salvage yard. With mobile phones now ever-present we decided that the old kiosk would be put to better use as a home for our recently purchased defibrillator.

Installing new signage and purchasing a box to house the unit we decided that it should also be available to the local community as well as our guests. We signed up to a national database where the emergency access code can be obtained when dialling 999.
